24-Hour Residential Child Care Requirements

For the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) Residential Child Care (RCC) Contracts, DFPS has adopted these 24-Hour RCC Requirements that Child Placing Agencies (CPAs) and General Residential Operations (GROs) must comply with when they provide services to DFPS Children.
For these 24-Hour RCC Requirements, CPAs and GROs are referred to interchangeably as Contractors and Providers.
