Texas Service System Standards and
Indicators
A system of residential standards that defines a range of of four (4) services
required for some public agency children served by residential contract
providers. Printed copies of these Standards are available from DFPS Residential Contract Managers within each Region. These Standards are also contained in the DFPS Handbook.

Placement Patterns of Children in Private Contract
Care during FY '07
This report describes residential resources available to DFPS from private
providers; state and regional placement patterns to include in which regions
children are placed; and the residential resources available within each DFPS
Region for FY '06 (September 1, 2006 - August 31, 2007). This report is available from YFT for $25.
